What we collect
When you subscribe to Anvaira House Letters, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, and what draws you to the house.
We also record limited first-party attribution information when it is present, including the page where a visit began, the referring website, campaign parameters such as UTM values, and advertising click identifiers. This information may be connected to a form you submit or to a commerce cart and resulting order.
If you request consideration for The Practitioner Circle, we also collect the professional information you submit, including practice and license details, professional links, location, and your responses about client work. If you later accept an invitation, we maintain account, agreement, introduction, ledger, and settlement records needed to administer that professional relationship.
If you contribute to The Gentle Mirror Project or complete the Beauty Fatigue Assessment, we store the answers and permission choices you submit, a random response reference, and any name or email address you choose or are required to provide for that particular form. Anonymous assessment responses do not require an email address. We do not add a raw IP address or device fingerprint to the research record.
How we use it
We use House Letters information to send Anvaira updates, opening-release timing, formulation notes, and the story of the making. We may also use it to understand which rituals our community is most interested in.
Attribution information helps us understand which editorial pages, collaborations, and campaigns introduce people to Anvaira. We use it for measurement and campaign planning, not to change product prices or restrict access to the site.
Gentle Mirror responses are used for private and aggregate research, and may be published only within the permission selected by the contributor. Research participation does not subscribe a participant to House Letters. Email consent must be given separately.
On the short Gentle Mirror contribution path, an answer may be saved before the final identity and permission step. An unfinished answer may inform aggregate research, but it is not used as a public quotation. Only a completed contribution may be published, and only within the publication choice made by its contributor.
Analytics and advertising choices
Google Analytics, Meta, and Pinterest measurement tools are optional and load only after you accept optional tracking in the privacy choices banner. You can decline them without changing your access to the website, and you can reopen Privacy choices from the footer at any time.
For the Beauty Fatigue Assessment, we also keep a limited first-party event record so we can tell whether the assessment page loaded, was started, progressed, or was submitted. That record uses a random response reference and may include campaign attribution; it does not copy assessment answers, names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, or device fingerprints into the event log. Internal test visits are marked separately from campaign results.
Email preferences
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@theanvaira.com.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to operate this website, send emails, and protect the site. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Anvaira.
Gentle Mirror records are held in a private database operated by a trusted infrastructure provider. Identified submissions may also be reflected in our commerce and customer system so we can honor permission changes. Anonymous assessment responses are not used to create synthetic customer accounts.
Practitioner Circle records may be processed by our hosting, database, email, commerce, fraud-prevention, and payout providers. A payout provider may collect identity, banking, and tax information under its own privacy terms. Anvaira does not ask Practitioner Circle members to send bank credentials through the website or by email.
Professional-program records
We use Practitioner Circle information to review requests, verify professional eligibility, issue and administer invitations, attribute eligible introductions, maintain an auditable ledger, meet tax and accounting obligations, and enforce the applicable agreement and claims rules. A request for consideration is not a subscription to marketing email.
Sharing
We do not sell House Letters information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Anvaira, our visitors, or others.
Gentle Mirror permission and withdrawal
A Gentle Mirror participant may request a permission change or withdrawal through the contact page. Providing the private response reference shown after submission helps us locate the correct record without asking for additional identifying information. We retain research records only while they remain useful for the stated project purposes, legal obligations, and permission administration.
